不懂咱得不耻下问,为啥不能刷美元呢?双币卡是美元结算的,我直接还美元,也不还人民币啊!
可惜我没有欧 ...

    你刷当地货币的话——在这里就是说欧元的话汇率是按照visa组织的汇率（通常都是不错的汇率）再加上工行抽的1%的货币转换费（欧元——美元）而已。而DCC的话是收单行自动检测到你的信用卡的归属货币，然后按照它自己的固定汇率（起码差了3-5个点以上）直接收你归属货币。不信你拿你欧元记账的刷卡单和美元记账的对比一下，看汇率差多少。
很多持卡人由于方便而忽略了隐藏费用，这在国外的论坛和报刊上已经刊登了很多的例子，并向visa组织施压要求收单行自律。但是放着肥肉谁不想吃。
我之前曾经发过帖子描述过我的遭遇，并向visa组织投诉了，但是不了了之。
